Product Manager & Product Owner
I solve complex challenges for businesses and their users, delivering high-quality digital products.
I work as a Product Manager and Product Owner, with 12 years across B2B, B2C and B2B2C products. I've launched products into new markets, recovered lost revenue fast, and made data-heavy services simple for the people who use them.
01How I work
Outcomes first, lean by default, partnerships where they help.
Start from the outcome.
I tie every roadmap item to a customer or commercial result, then quickly ship the smallest thing that moves the needle. That is how we recovered 95% of a £5m annual revenue loss at Pod Point.
Let the data decide.
I set priorities using product data, market insight and customer feedback, with AI helping to surface patterns faster. That keeps the roadmap focused on what customers actually need.
Partner before you build.
I build commercial partnerships to deliver faster than an in-house build would allow. That gets the concept in front of customers sooner, delivering value earlier.
02Selected work
The decisions behind the products.
Launching vaylens in the UK
Helping vaylens enter the UK as a company, not just a product: a UK-ready platform, contracts under UK law, and the launch itself.

03Leadership in practice
What accountability looks like day to day.
Taking a product to a new market
At vaylens I localised a German EV charging platform for the UK, covering payments, partnerships, legal contracts and go-to-market, and became the go-to expert on UK charging rules.
Moving fast when money is leaking
Driver fraud was costing Pod Point £5m a year. I led lean, rapid fixes that recovered 95% of it.
Making safety-critical data trustworthy
At Rolls-Royce I led the migration of real-time engine data off a legacy application, and set up partnerships with external providers to build a complete, accurate flight dataset across the global engine fleet.
Growing product people
At MMT Digital I line managed a team of Technical Product Owners, building their skills and matching them to the right client work.
04Career
From jet engines to EV chargers.
I started as an aerospace engineer at Rolls-Royce, moved into product ownership for engine data, then took that product discipline into agency work, renewables and EV charging.

05About
An engineer who fell for product.
I trained as an aerospace engineer and spent my first seven years at Rolls-Royce in engineering roles. Working with real-time engine data showed me how much value sits in turning complex information into something people can act on, and that pulled me into product.
Since then I have worked across corporates, high-growth SMEs and a digital agency, often with remote and international teams. Home is Leicestershire, where I live with my family and our two kids. When I'm not with them, I'm a keen golfer and help run the junior section at Rothley Park Golf Club.
